During the COVID-19 Pandemic, there are many people seeking legal representation from Thomas Esparza Jr. who is always available for a telephonic consultation. Mr. Esparza and his team are fully integrated into work from home. For the health of you and your family, Mr. Esparza is making himself available through the internet, by phone and by Zoom - other technologies are on the way!

To schedule a consultation with Thomas, contact the office at (512) 441-0062. The cost for the consultation is $100 USD, payable by debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) and checks which must be mailed in advance. Each consultation lasts until it is over. For removal or deportation consultations Mr. Esparza reserves the right to charge slightly higher. If you provide an email address, Mr. Esparza will mail his notes about the consultation.

To schedule a telephonic consultation, Tom requests that you complete the following short Consultation Questionnaire in full and send it to his office by clicking the button marked “Send Questionnaire” at the end of the form.
The information contained in the form should be about the person who is seeking a visa, permanent residence, citizenship, relief from deportation or any other immigration benefit. It is important that you complete the consultation form in its entirety. If you are a citizen or permanent resident seeking to immigrate a relative, the information contained in the form should be about your relative.
After you have emailed the questionnaire to our office, call my receptionist at (512) 441-0062 to schedule your consultation.

If you fail to schedule a consultation within 24 hours after sending the questionnaire, the form will be discarded. Please call us during our regular business hours (8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Central Time). During the COVID-19 Pandemic the cost of the telephonic consultation is reduced from $200 to $100 USD. Payable by debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).

On the day of your consultation please call the office at (512) 441-0062, at the time scheduled. Legal consultations are scheduled as time and Mr. Esparza’s schedule permits it. Please understand that there are those days that Mr. Esparza must go to Federal Court or the office of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. These appointments can arise suddenly and could force a change in your appointment time.
Having a consultation with Thomas Esparza does not establish an attorney-client relationship.
However, if you decide to hire Mr. Esparza then he will bring the paralegal into the meeting via Zoom in order to coordinate the procedures that need take place. Generally, all legal fees include paper and electronic copies, registered and regular postage as we appropriate, Mr. Esparza’s time and that of the paralegal. Legal fees do not include hiring outside experts, filing fees, vaccinations, or photos.
