you to attend its first Community Training … Learn How to Become a Board of

Immigration Appeals (BtA) Recognized Agency and Accredited Representative.

In order to assist a foreign national with immigration questions or forms you must either

be a licensed attorney OR

1) you must work or volunteer for a non-profit religious, charitable, social service

organization,
2) the organization must be recognized by the BIA,
3) and you must have adequate information, knowledge and experience in immigration

law and be accredited by the BIA.
